Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our customer service operations, handling a range of critical tasks to ensure our clients receive unparalleled support. From quoting and order entry to project management and technical support, your expertise will drive our commitment to customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
- Quoting: Generate accurate and timely quotes for customers, leveraging sourcing pricing from various vendors to ensure competitive and precise proposals.
- Order Entry:
Process customer orders with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all data is correctly entered and verified.
- Inside Sales
: Assist with inside sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients.
- Technical Drawings:
Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately build part numbers and ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
- Part Number Building
: Create and manage part numbers based on technical drawings and product specifications.
- Customer Inquiries:
Respond promptly to general customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information to address their needs.
- Project Management:
Oversee and coordinate various customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Vendor Sourcing: Source and evaluate pricing from different vendors as part of the quoting process to offer competitive and reliable solutions.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or inside sales role, preferably within the corrugate box manufacturing industry (though this is not a strict requirement if you possess exceptional skills and dedication).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in sourcing pricing from various vendors and handling detailed quoting processes.
  • Sharp analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
